Sunday War Room
A weekly ritual for intentional action, a practice for staying the course
Your war board is the strategy.

Sunday War Room is the practice.

It's where plans become action, intentions become commitments, and another week begins with clarity instead of drift.

Every week, members gather for a structured co-working session designed to help you review, reset, and move forward. It's part reflection, part planning, part execution, a place to reconnect with what matters, assess what happened during the previous week, and prepare for the one ahead.

The goal isn't productivity for its own sake. The goal is alignment.

A war board can show you where you're trying to go. Sunday War Room helps you stay on the path.
What happens in a Sunday War Room?
Each session follows a simple rhythm:
  • Review the previous week.
  • Identify wins, obstacles, and lessons.
  • Reconnect with your larger objectives.
  • Make course corrections where needed.
  • Clarify priorities for the coming week.
  • Commit to concrete next actions.
  • Spend focused time working on what matters.
You'll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a practical plan for the days ahead.
Why it exists
Most people don't fail because they lack goals. They fail because life is noisy.

A few difficult days become a difficult week. A difficult week becomes a month. Eventually, even meaningful ambitions disappear beneath the weight of everyday demands.

Sunday War Room exists to interrupt that process.

It provides a recurring appointment with yourself and your future, a weekly checkpoint that helps prevent drift before it becomes abandonment.
The infrastructure for implementation
A war board is not magic. Insight alone rarely changes a life. What creates change is the combination of strategy, practice, accountability, and repetition.

Together, Truant School and the Sunday War Room provide the environment needed to implement a war board in the real world.
  • The war board provides direction.
  • Truant School provides conversation, perspective, and support.
  • Sunday War Room provides rhythm, accountability, and execution.
The board is the battle plan.

Sunday War Room is the planning and strategy session.
Who it's for
It's for anyon who's tired of starting over, people with meaningful ambitions, unfinished projects, neglected dreams, and important decisions that deserve more than occasional attention.

Whether you're building something, changing something, recovering something, or becoming something, the work requires a place to return to each week.

Sunday War Room is that place.
A weekly return
The purpose of the Sunday War Room is not to help you have a perfect week.

It's to ensure that no matter what happened during the last one, you begin the next with intention.
